How do I get certified?
To deliver alcohol in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, or Manitoba, you must complete an alcohol delivery certification course. If you live in Quebec, you do not need to get certified to deliver alcohol. Complete a delivery course and receive a reimbursement bonus when you submit an alcohol delivery certificate. Upon completion of the applicable course, access your unique Alcohol Delivery Certificate Submission Form, which was emailed to your DoorDash-associated email address. If you have not received an email to upload your certification, please fill out this form and a new submission link will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
Once you receive your submission form, upload either a downloaded image of your certificate or an image of your physical certificate card. Reference and confirmation numbers will NOT be accepted. If you are unable to submit your certificate, please contact support.

After successfully submitting your certificate, you’ll see alcohol deliveries come your way within 3-5 business days. You’ll also see a reimbursement bonus for completing the applicable course appear in the Earnings section of your Dasher app within 3-5 business days post-successful submission of your certificate.
